The Coral Beauty Angel, also known as Centropyge bispinosa, is a stunning and colorful saltwater fish species that adds a touch of elegance to any marine aquarium. With its vibrant colors and graceful movements, it is a sought-after choice for aquarists who appreciate the beauty of reef ecosystems.

The Coral Beauty Angel features a rich blend of colors, including deep blues, fiery oranges, and contrasting dark stripes. Their striking appearance is further enhanced by their distinct yellow or orange tail fin, which adds a touch of brilliance to their overall appearance.

These angelfish typically grow to a maximum size of 4 inches, making them suitable for moderately sized reef tanks of at least 30 gallons. They prefer aquariums with plenty of live rock and hiding places, as well as well-established coral and invertebrate colonies, which they can graze on.

In terms of temperament, the Coral Beauty Angel is generally considered peaceful, but it may exhibit territorial behavior toward other similar-looking species. Care should be taken when selecting tankmates to ensure compatibility.

As an omnivorous species, the Coral Beauty Angel has a varied diet. It will readily consume high-quality marine flakes, pellets, frozen foods, and even small pieces of meaty items such as brine shrimp and mysis shrimp. A balanced diet should include both meaty and plant-based foods to promote optimal health and coloration.
