The Golden Honey Gourami, also known as Trichogaster chuna, is a beautiful and peaceful freshwater fish species that originates from India. They are a popular choice for aquarists due to their striking golden coloration and interesting behaviors.


Golden Honey Gouramis are relatively small, with a maximum size of 3 inches, and require a minimum tank size of 20 gallons. They appreciate plenty of hiding places, live plants, and open swimming areas. They are also peaceful and can be kept with other small, peaceful species.


These omnivores will eat a variety of foods, including flakes, pellets, and small pieces of vegetables. It's important to provide a balanced diet to ensure they receive all the necessary nutrients for optimal health.
