These social fish are ideal for community tanks with other non-aggressive species. They prefer clean, soft to moderately hard water and a stable environment. Their diet should include high-quality sinking pellets, algae wafers, and occasional live or frozen foods like bloodworms and brine shrimp to maintain their health and color.
