The Longfin Bannerfish is a stunning and graceful marine fish that will add a touch of elegance to any reef aquarium. These fish are medium in size, reaching up to 8 inches in length.


To keep these fish healthy and happy, a minimum tank size of 125 gallons is recommended. They are peaceful and can be kept with other peaceful fish and invertebrates.


The Longfin Bannerfish has a calm and curious temperament, making it a joy to watch as it swims gracefully around the tank.


The Longfin Bannerfish is rated as an "Easy" fish to care for out of three options, which means they are suitable for beginner aquarists.


These fish are omnivorous and will eat a varied diet consisting of flakes, pellets, frozen or live food. They should be fed multiple times a day to ensure their optimal health.


The Longfin Bannerfish is native to the Indo-Pacific region, particularly around the reefs of the Indian Ocean and the western Pacific Ocean.


In terms of coloration, the Longfin Bannerfish has a black body with a white vertical stripe and a long, flowing dorsal fin. The fin is decorated with a pattern of black dots and a yellow edge.
