Naked Rasboras are relatively small, with a maximum size of 1.2 inches, and require a minimum tank size of 10 gallons. They are an active and social species that thrive in groups of 6 or more. They appreciate plenty of hiding places, live plants, and open swimming areas. They are also peaceful and can be kept with other small, peaceful species.


These omnivores will eat a variety of foods, including flakes, pellets, and small pieces of vegetables. It's important to provide a balanced diet to ensure they receive all the necessary nutrients for optimal health.


The Naked Rasbora's unique characteristic is their lack of scales, giving them a smooth and unique appearance. They also have a silver-grey body coloration with a hint of blue on the fins. Their peaceful nature and interesting appearance make them a great addition to any community aquarium.
