The Red Devil Angel showcases a brilliant and eye-catching red color that spans its body, including its flowing fins. This vibrant coloration stands out against a contrasting background, creating a striking visual display. They typically grow to a size of around 5-6 inches, making them suitable for medium-sized aquariums.


Known for their peaceful nature, Red Devil Angels are suitable for community tanks with compatible tank mates. They appreciate a well-aquascaped aquarium with plenty of hiding spots provided by caves, driftwood, or rock formations. Providing a moderate water flow and high-quality water conditions is important for their well-being.


Feeding the Red Devil Angel is relatively easy as they are omnivorous. They will readily accept a variety of foods, including high-quality flakes, pellets, live or frozen foods such as bloodworms, brine shrimp, and small insects. Offering a varied diet will ensure their nutritional needs are met and enhance their overall health and coloration.
