The White Wizard Snail, also known as the White Spotted Rabbit Snail or Tylomelania sp., is a unique and fascinating freshwater snail species that is native to Sulawesi, Indonesia. They are a popular choice for aquarists due to their striking appearance and helpful cleaning abilities.


The White Wizard Snail has a distinct and beautiful appearance with its ivory white and light brown shell, covered in dark brown spots. They have a large, muscular foot that they use to move around the tank and an elongated siphon that they use to breathe and feed. They can grow up to 3 inches in size and require a minimum tank size of 10 gallons.


These snails are easy to care for and are relatively peaceful. They are a great addition to a community aquarium as they will not harm other tank inhabitants. The White Wizard Snail is an omnivore, and it will eat algae, plant matter, and other organic debris, making it an excellent cleaner for your aquarium.


It's important to provide a varied diet to ensure they receive all the necessary nutrients for optimal health. You can feed them algae wafers, blanched vegetables, and sinking pellets.
